First glance shows these two competing. I actually see them, at some point mid-long tail, as the two companies required to run a modern farm. Halter handles livestock monitoring, herding, virtual fencing — the system of record. Grazemate sits more on the physical-system-of-work layer: autonomous inspection of the whole farm, possibly the deployment and recapture of Halter collars. Grazemate is fairly clearly focussed on similar use cases to Halter today, but I can see it drifting toward the above. Partnership, merger, who knows. (These definitions are reductive and lose nuance.)
